FL: Villages Endoscopy & Surgical Center employee pleads guilty to stealing patient info for tax refund fraud scheme

An update to a breach previously reported on this blog:

Jayna Omaye reports that Eltonya Wiley, the last of six defendants in the case, has pleaded guilty to her part in an identity theft for tax refund fraud scheme that used the information of 92 patients at Villages Endoscopy & Surgical Center, where she was employed.

Sentencing is set for June 6.
