A legal expert weighs in on Student Disability Services’ accidental leak of 299 emails

After an email from [ University of Pennsylvania] Student Disability Services on Sept. 6 accidentally revealed the email addresses of 299 students who receive accommodations, Drexel University Law professor Robert Field said Penn will likely receive a “slap on the wrist” in terms of legal repercussions.

I’d be surprised if they received even a slap on the wrist.
