CA: Arrest made in Laguna Beach credit card skimming

Claudia Koerner reports:

Police arrested a 27-year-old Glendale man Thursday in connection with placing credit card skimming devices on gas pumps at the Shell Station on Pacific Coast Highway last summer, authorities announced Friday.

Akop Tadevosovich Changryan is accused of using the devices to retrieve account information from drivers gassing up their cars at the North Laguna Shell station at Pacific Coast Highway and Cliff Drive. Police suspect he then used the information to print fake credit cards.
