CO: Parkview Medical Center confirms cyber attack
Jake Gadon reports that Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado was the target of a cyber attack on Tuesday, April 21st. As of April 24, the IT systems were still out, and as of this morning, there is still a notice on the center’s home page that says:
Parkview Medical Center is currently experiencing a network outage. More information to follow.

A person who identified himself as a hospital employee told FOX21, Meditech, the hospital’s system for storing patient information, was hacked with ransomware and rendered inoperable.
