Documents with Social Security numbers found in south St. Louis dumpster

A south St. Louis resident was in alley picking up trash when he discovered a dumpster overflowing with documents containing personal information.


All of the files were marked with Doran Reality, a company in south St. Louis County that Forbes did business with nearly 20 minutes (sic) ago.

Read more on KMOV. It is not a crime in Missouri to insecurely discard documents with SSN or other personal and sensitive information.

Why not, Missouri legislators? Why not?
