Former worker can’t sue Coca-Cola over data breach, U.S. Court says

A former Coca-Cola employee has failed to convince a federal appeals court to revive his lawsuit against the soft drink colossus over a data breach.

Shane Enslin simply has no proof that unauthorized charges to his online accounts stemmed from a Coke tech’s theft of company computers containing Enslin’s personal information, a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rdCircuit concluded.
