G2 Secure Staff hack exposes staff and employee details

Oops. G2 Secure Staff, the Irving, Texas-based firm that describes themselves as a “a leading provider of aviation staffing and security needs” offering low-cost solutions to airlines, may be wishing they had invested more in their own security.

The hacker known as “ItsKahuna” dumped some of their databases. One contained 63 administrative and executive e-mail addresses, encrypted passwords, and corresponding names and access levels. Another database contained 8,585 employees’names, e-mail addresses, full addresses, and phone numbers. No financial or Social Security numbers were exposed in that database.
