Med Center Health announced Tuesday that certain patient billing information may have been compromised.

The information included name, address, Social Security number, health insurance information, diagnosis and procedure codes, and charges for medical service.

However, the information obtained did not include patient medical records.

This incident only affected patients at The Medical Center Bowling Green, The Medical Center Scottsville, The Medical Center Franklin, Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital, and the Cal Turner Rehab and Specialty Care and Medical Center EMS between 2011 and 2014.
