KY: Ransomware attack in April hinders library again

Seen in the Owensboro Times:

Daviess County Public Library is offering patrons another unexpected amnesty on fines for overdue materials after a ransomware attack has limited access to some of the facility’s computers for the second time in three months.

It seems that they are saying that this is not a second ransomware, unrelated, incident but the result of the earlier attack in April not having been fully resolved.
