MO: Man acquitted of Washington University-related hacking claims

A former Washington University employee was acquitted Wednesday of federal computer fraud charges that claimed he’d downloaded protected financial information related to the school’s endowment.

David Shen, 45, of New Jersey, was manager of asset allocation and risk management for the Washington University Investment Management Company.
