NC: Greenville Medical Tech Arrested For Identity Theft

A medical technician is behind bars, charged with using medical records in a series of financial frauds.
27-year-old, Kelly Marie O’Neal has been arrested on 16 counts of identity theft and 16 counts of obtaining property by false pretense. She’s in the Pitt County Jail tonight on a $20,000 secured bond.
Detectives say they were able to track O’Neal down through one common link – the address she used to try and get credit card accounts.
They say the crimes actually happened back in July, but at about 10:30 on Friday morning they made an arrest.
Case reports obtained by Nine On Your Side, show that in each of the incidents, 21-year-old Kelly Marie O’Neal, who was a former medical technician, used the address of Fresenius Medical Care to try and obtain credit cards.
