NL: “Bored” former Jumbo employee gets community service, fine, for hacking firm’s computers

A company inspector working at the Jumbo supermarket chain has to pay 30 thousand euros in compensation for hacking into nearly 100 corporate laptops.

The court in Den Bosch made this ruling on Monday, Omroep Brabant reports. The 37 year old man from Helmond was also sentenced to 120 hours of community service and a suspended prison sentence of three weeks.
