‘Sensitive information’ was stolen from a laptop. Nuclear power installation in Tarragona

Theft of a backpack left in a car by a Nuclear Safety Council (CSN) inspector has been reported to the Mossos d’Esquadra. The backpack appeared to contain a laptop with classified information on the Vandellos II plant in the province of Tarragona. As reported by La Vanguardia and confirmed by Catalan police sources to Efe, the inspector reported the theft on Thursday afternoon, December 16. He stated that during the yearly emergency practise, the rear glass of the automobile door in which he had travelled to the nuclear power plant had been damaged.
