Three months later, Georgia State Patrol still trying to recover from ransomware attack

Joshua Sharpe reports that three months after a ransomware attack on July 26, the Georgia Department of Public Safety is still trying to recover from the attack and regain access to its records.

GSP, which has 360,000 cases involving tickets or arrests each year, can’t access its computer system or the digital records it holds.
