TN: Williamson County Schools warns parents of security breach in student/teacher software

Williamson County Schools sent a message to parents Friday warning about a security breach of it’s (sic) Edmodo system putting student and parent information at risk.

WCS said the security breach affects approximately 33,000 current and former WCS students dating back to 2011. It estimates the risk to be minimal, but the school is in process of changing all student passwords by June 19.
