UK: East Midlands Ambulance Service avoid a fine for lost medical records

The Nottingham Post reports that the East Midlands Ambulance Service, who disclosed the loss of a floppy disk with patient data from 2012 in August 2014, and then began working to improve their data protection,  has gotten a bit of good news from the ICO: no further action will be taken against them by the ICO.
