Ultimate Software dropped from federal lawsuit against UPMC
Not surprisingly in light of their statement that UPMC wasn’t even a client of theirs, the UPMC employee who has sued UPMC over a data breach affecting 27,000 employees has now dropped Ultimate Software from her lawsuit.
