WNY credit unions join together in Home Depot security suit

Four separate lawsuits filed by four local credit unions in the wake of Home Depot’s massive security breach are now being consolidated along with other cases into one overall complaint.
According to James Pizzirusso, the Washington, D.C.-based attorney at Hausfeld LLP who filed the initial lawsuits, various allegations in those complaints and any new information uncovered are being pulled together in an amended complaint, which is due to be filed in Atlanta in May 15.
